Call for evidence on the feasibility of a Digital Copyright Exchange launched in the UK
Today Richard Hooper, the former Ofcom deputy chairman in charge of a study into the feasibility of a digital copyright exchange, announced the launch of a “Call for Evidence”. The DCE is one of the proposals set forth in the Hargreaves report on Intellectual Property reform. It aims to establish a network of interoperable databases that must provide a common platform for licensing transactions.
