Charlie Sheen is having a blast. Or in his own words he is "Winning!". The out of control - and also fired - Hollywood star has apparently found a new source of income in intellectual property rights.

Sheen's lawyer has applied for 22 trademarks for some classic Sheenisms like "Duh, Winning", "I'm not bi-polar, I am bi-winning" and "Tiger Blood". Other Sheenisms "Rock Star From Mars ", "Violent Torpedo of Truth" and "Defeat is Not an Option" were also included in trademark applications, as well as Sheen’s name and signature and his nicknames for his house (Sober Valley Lodge) and his girlfriends (Sheen's Goddesses).

Sheen made his bizarre statements in a television interview in which he defended himself against accusations of drugs and mental problems.

Sheen has some competition however... Previously, two trademark applications were made to the term "Adonis DNA” for use in clothing and nutritional supplements. Thirteen others have already tried to trademark "Tiger Blood" for uses on nutritional and alcoholic drinks.

Sheen has already been selling t-shirts and other merchandise with his statements on his own website for some time now.
