Dutch ISP XS4ALL offers new TV and VOD service
Dutch ISP XS4ALL has expanded its internet services with a package for online television by March 2. The IPTV package includes 53 national and international television channels and costs 15 euros a month. It is also possible to request television programs that have been broadcasted earlier and to order movies (and perhaps TV shows) via a video on demand (VOD) service.

At the same time one might also interpret it like that when there is limited bandwidth, television traffic will have priority over the internet connection. Technically that would be a form of network management. However it doesn't seem likely that many subscribers would object to this, as a slower internet connection is more acceptable then a slow TV connection. No one would like their favorite TV program in slow motion, wouldn't they? Although, some images are rather beautiful in slowmo…
