Pirate Bay’s Peter Sunde accuses BREIN of forging evidence
There is a new cliffhanger in Pirate Bay soap. On his blog, Peter Sunde, one of the founders and alleged administrators of The Pirate Bay has accused Tim Kuik, head of BREIN, and BREIN itself of forging the evidence it has brought forward. He is contemplating to file criminal charges with the Dutch police.
The piece of evidence in question is a report that links the current owner of the Pirate Bay, a company based in the Seychelles called Reservella, and Fredrik Neij, also founder of The Pirate Bay.
Sunde claims to have found irregularities in the report and states it was fabricated by BREIN or at BREIN’s behest to establish a link between the founders of TPB and the current admins.
For naturally, all Pirate Bay’s (previous) owners deny involvement with The Pirate Bay.
BREIN denies having tampered with the report and is confident about the proceedings.
