Euroaccess, a hosting provider based in The Netherlands, has been convicted twice in one year to hand over data on clients that run a torrentsite. An Austrian judge ruled that Euroaccess must declare the identity of the owners of torrent site Kino.to to the harmed parties. Furthermore, Euroaccess is made responsible for paying the costs of the trial, amounting to over 11.000 Euro. One year ago, Euroaccess lost a similar case to Brein, being obligated to pay the costs over 17.000 Euro as well as declaring data on the people who managed the torrent site in question at the time. The Austrian court ruled that, if Euroaccess were to host a torrentsite again, it is liable to pay a fine of 100.000 Euro maximum.
