Pirate Bay\'s Peter Sunde predicts EPIC WIN

Peter Sunde, one of the administrators of the Pirate Bay and their principal spokesman, feels confident about the outcome of the Pirate Bay trial. Sunde Predicts an EPIC WIN in an interview with Torrent Freak.

In the interview Sunde talks about the ‘fabled’ King Kong defence brought forth by the Pirate Bay counsel. Though this defence is seriously flawed in my opinion (something I will elaborate on in a future posting), the public prosecutor will indeed have a tough time to prove criminal copyright infringement.

Sunde also discusses the future of file sharing and touches briefly upon the fact that Pirate Bay admin Anakata (Gottfrid Svartholm Warg) has left the country on a  businesstrip to Cambodia. Anakata’s trip has given rise to the rumour that he has fled the country to escape a possible sentence.
