BREIN takes out another topsite

Dutch anti-piracy organization BREIN, has taken down Sparta, one of the largest topsites in the world. With over 65 terabytes of illegal material the site is even bigger than TV land, which BREIN shut down in November. BREIN announced the shut down of TV Land.

Last week, BREIN eliminated over 75 BitTorrent indexing sites. While in general these indexing sites quickly relocate, the dissapearance of Sparta will have a bigger impact on the piracy scene, since the source of the material has now been eliminated.

As of yet is unclear whether arrests were made.
